The flavorsome and aromatic features of Barbaresco DOCG are acquired from the purity of Nebbiolo grapes grown in the Rabajà cru of the winery Bruno Rocca that is located in the region of Piedmont. The grapes are harvested manually in the month of October. After soft pressing the fruits receive fermentation on the skins in stainless steel tanks for a period of 20 to 25 days at warmer temperatures. The fermented liquor receives maturation in two different types of vessels. The first 12-month of aging takes place in French oak barriques. The mellowed wine then receives further aging in the French oak barrels for another 12 months.
The magnificence of this Barbaresco wine is generated in the cellar of Bruno Rocca with the purity of Nebbiolo grapes grown on the soil of Rabajà cru.
