The captivating qualities of Alice Integrale Brut have been modified in the cellar of Le Vigne di Alice. This dry and persistent wine of Veneto region has been made entirely from the Glera grapes. After manual collection of the fruits at the second-half of September, 40% of the collection undergoes gentle pressing and primary fermentation in large wooden casks and 60% of it receives fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Secondary fermentation takes place in bottle where the liquor rests on native yeast for a few months. The sprightly wine does not receive any dégorgement and no sugar or sulphite particles get added to this sparkling refreshment.
