The brilliance of this rich and creamy Brut Rosé with long lasting perlage is created in Arunda Sektkellerei of Trentino-Alto Adige region. The Pinot Bianco and Pinot Nero grapes are harvested manually and are mixed in equal quantity in order to make this wine. To achieve the desired salmon color the pressed must is kept in full skin contact for a period of time. After separation of the skin the must undergoes primary fermentation in steel tanks. The secondary fermentation takes place in the bottles with the combination of sugar and yeasts. The wine is aged on the lees for about 24 to 30 months in this contained atmosphere. The bottles of wine undergo riddling at the completion of this period. Through dégorgement and addition of a small amount of dosage, the magnificence of this refreshment is acquired.
